Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Made to Order
Beetroot-Cured Salmon Fillet and Gravlax require 36 hours of preparation and are not eligible for next-day delivery. We will confirm the delivery date after your order is placed.
Order Cut-off
Orders placed after 5:00 PM may be delivered the following day or the day thereafter, subject to availability and operational capacity.
Return & Order Issues
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer support team immediately with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
